In our world today, there are many unknowns and constant changes. Navigating uncertainty can be easier when we’re rooted in the natural world - the amazing web of life that supports us. Join us for an in-person retreat to:
Engage your senses and participate in ritual
Feel the elements of air, water, earth and fire and how they ground and support
Connect to the rhythms of the day and year
Meditate to feel the energy and spirit of plants and trees
Let flowers lead you to create a scarf or altar cloth
Create an herb offering satchel to use in an ongoing practice of reciprocity
Feel renewed and ready for whatever comes next
When:
Saturday September 11, 2021; 9:30 am - 3:00 pm Mountain Time
Where:
The home and garden of Allison O’Neall in Boulder, Colorado
